Daily:
$12 per class

Membership: $60 a per month,  (unlimited number of classes, 4 classes offered per week, only $4 per class) no sign up fees.

Packages: $100 for 10 classes  (no expiration, valid anytime, only $10 per class).

X8’s South Beach Boot Camp is an innovative high energy training session designed to take your fitness to the next level in an eXciting and fun environment. Our boot camp is open to men and women of all fitness levels and is designed to tone and condition, burn fat, develop strength, balance, endurance, coordination, power, speed, agility, and flexibility to get your body in peak condition. This is a full body workout that produces results.

The boot camp is formatted so that participants will be training together as a group and then moving into more specialized workout stations. The overall workout is a heart-pumping non-stop mix of Plyometrics, Cardio, Yoga, Resistance Training, Kick Boxing, Athletic Intervals, Running, and Calisthenics.
X8’s  Boot Camp was built to take bodies to the neXt level!!! 

2010 Class Schedule: X8 Boot Camps are offered 4 days a week at two eXceptional locations:

Monday’s & Thursday’s     6:15 pm-7:15 pm
Tuesday’s                                   7:00 pm-8:00 pm
Location: Maurice Gibb Memorial Park

1700 Purdy Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139
The park is on the corner of Purdy Avenue and the Venetian Causeway

Saturday’s                     10:00 am-11:00 am
Location: South Pointe Park

1 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33109
Entrance to the park  is at the end of Washington Avenue.  Easy meter parking.  We are located at the SW corner of the park on the bay side, just west of Smith & Wollensky, behind Apogee & Portofino Tower (Peach Building).

***Please bring a towel or exercise/yoga mat and water.

***All Fitness Levels welcome! It doesn’t matter whether you are new to exercise or more advanced, our Fitness Camp will motivate and challenge you and ensure that you make great progress and have fun while you’re doing it!

The X8 Boot Camps will be even more “X” in 2010 as we bring you new eXciting and fun workouts.  Train with Viktoria Telek, finalist for Wilhelmina’s Model “Hot Body” Search presented by Shape and Men’s Fitness Magazine as she prepares for the February finals in NYC.
