Cycling is an activity most commonly performed on a bicycle and it is Eco friendly to the environment.  Cycling provides cardiovascular training, tones leg muscles, and buttocks.  Cycling is a low impact exercise on the knees and other joints making the sport ideal for people with arthritis. Biking is an eXceptional form of exercise and a great way to enjoy South Florida’s great scenery and weather. Indoor Soccer
